Some examples of green foods:

Alfalfa sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, green cabbage, celery, cilantro, collard greens, kale, lettuce, parsley, green pepper, watercress, wheatgrass, green apples, green tea, etc.

Juice Recipe:

2 green apples
3-4 leaves kale or a bunch of spinach
2 sticks of celery
A bunch of parsley
¼ lemon
½-inch ginger
